SPONSORSHIP DRIVE FOR 2026

NERA is pleased to offer the below sponsorship levels. 

Starting December 1, 2025, we will begin to accept sponsorships for 2026. Our annual sponsor period for 2026 will run from December 1, 2025 through December 31, 2026. We are grateful to those companies that have supported us in previous years. It is the support of our incredible sponsors that make our meetings possible and encourages our membership to grow.  

We continue to have three annual sponsorship levels - Platinum, Gold, and Silver - in addition, we will offer limited per meeting opportunities that will be posted on our website for each meeting.

Annual sponsorships are eligible for a 10% discount if you sign up and pay between December 1 – January 15, 2026, so don't wait!  For your annual sponsorship to be included on conference signage you will need to have completed payment prior to April 10, 2026.

Platinum - $1,500.00

• Two free guest registrations per sponsorship year
• Display table for the day of the conference (*Sponsor can display company signage, marketing materials, and conference giveaways)

• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference

Gold - $1,250.00

• One free guest registration per sponsorship year
• Display table for the day of the conference (*Sponsor can display company signage, marketing materials, and conference giveaways)      
• Recognition in Gold group on video loop during conference
• Sponsor name tag ribbon
• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference
• Recognition on NERA website  

Silver - $1,000.00

• Recognition in Silver group on video loop during conference       
• Sponsor name tag ribbon      
• Verbal introduction, during the opening address, at the conference
• Recognition on NERA website       

Per Annual Meeting Opportunities:

Breakfast Sponsor – 2 per meeting at $500  

• Company can assist with corporate registration 
• 2 company representatives to join corporates at breakfast prior to the roundtable.
• Mention of sponsorship on NERA LinkedIn and conference materials
• Company can bring their own signage to be displayed
  

• Supplier logo on photo booth backdrop
• Supplier logo in each digital photo
• Company can bring their own signage to be displayed

• Company Logo Posted on website through the conference date
• Company can bring their own signage to be displayed

Lanyard Sponsor – 1 per meeting at $500

• Company Logo (provided to NERA when sponsoring) will be used to create personalized Conference Lanyard
• Payment and Logo will need to be provided at least 3 weeks prior to the meeting date
• Mention of sponsorship on NERA LinkedIn and conference materials
